These Terms of Service govern your use of cynqsuperfoods.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or simply browsing the site, you're agreeing to what's written here. If you don't agree with any part of it, the respectful thing for both of us is that you stop using the site.

This website is owned and operated by The Honest Co. ("CYNQ," "we," "us," "our"), based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. You can reach us at care@cynqsuperfoods.com.

1. Who can use this site You need to be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By ordering, you're confirming that the information you give us (name, address, contact details, payment details) is accurate and belongs to you.
2. What we sell CYNQ sells single-ingredient superfood supplements in capsule and powder form. Every product listing on this site includes an ingredient name, format, weight or capsule count, and where relevant, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent third-party testing. We update product information as batches change, so the listing you see at checkout reflects that specific batch.

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site, on our packaging, or in communication from us is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a doctor before adding any new supplement to your routine. Individual results vary, and nothing we say here is a promise of a specific outcome.

1. Orders and pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and to cancel and refund any order affected by a genuine pricing or listing mistake, we'll always tell you before we do this.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We confirm acceptance of your order via email or SMS once payment clears. We can refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing or product description, and if we do, any amount charged will be refunded in full.

1. Payment We accept payment through Razorpay, including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available. We don't store your card or UPI details on our own servers, that information is handled directly by our payment partner under their own security standards.
2. Shipping and delivery We currently ship only within India. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, actual delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once the shipment is handed over to our delivery partner and marked delivered.
3. Subscriptions (if applicable) If you subscribe to a recurring order (Subscribe & Save), you're authorising us to charge your saved payment method automatically on the interval you selected. You can pause, modify, or cancel a subscription any time from your account before the next billing date, cancelling after a charge has already gone through won't reverse that charge, but it will stop future ones.
4. Cancellations and returns Our full cancellation and return terms are covered in our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property Everything on this site, including the CYNQ name, logo, product names, photography, and written content, belongs to The Honest Co. or is used under licence. You're welcome to share our content on social media with credit, but you can't copy, reproduce, or repurpose it commercially without our written permission.
6. Reviews and user content If you leave a review or submit content to us (photos, testimonials, social tags), you're giving us permission to use it on our site and in our marketing, with attribution where reasonable. We reserve the right to remove any review or content that's abusive, fake, or unrelated to the product.
7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by Indian law, CYNQ and The Honest Co. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, this includes any adverse reaction that occurs outside the guidance we've given (for example, ignoring a stated contraindication or exceeding the recommended dose). Nothing in this clause limits our liability where it can't legally be limited, including in cases of proven negligence or a defective product under Indian consumer protection law.
8. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or a purchase will first go through our grievance redressal process below, and failing resolution there, will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time as our business or the law changes. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order. We'll update the date below whenever a material change is made.
