What the COA covers
For every production run we check heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbial load, pesticide residue where applicable, and label-claim accuracy: does the pack actually match the batch inside it.
What a COA actually is
A Certificate of Analysis is the batch's report card: the measured values for that specific production run. We attach it to the product so you can read the real results, not a slogan. No vague "lab-approved" badges, just the numbers.
How to read one
Each COA lists what was tested, the result, and the safe limit it's measured against. If a result sits comfortably under the limit, that's what you want to see. If anything you don't understand shows up, email us and we'll walk you through it.
Sourcing
We source single-origin where we can, and we'll name regions as we lock them in. Where a botanical has a long traditional history, we acknowledge it once, then point you to what the modern research says now.
