Powder or capsule? Same plant, different lives

We sell most of our ingredients both ways, so we have no horse in this race. The honest answer: the best format is the one you'll still be taking in March.

Choose powder if you already make things. A smoothie habit, morning curd, dal you cook yourself: powders disappear into routines that exist. You control the amount, you can start small and build, and per serving it's usually the economical option. The cost: taste is part of the deal (spirulina is green in every sense), and travel means carrying a can.

Choose capsules if your day runs on momentum. Two caps with water takes four seconds and zero decisions, and for behaviour change, removing decisions is everything. Capsules also carry standardized extracts: concentrated to a stated compound percentage, so the dose is measured for you. The cost: you skip the ritual, and per-serving price runs a bit higher.

The switch nobody tells you about: most long-term customers end up with both, powder at home, capsules in the office drawer or gym bag. The ingredient doesn't care how it arrives.

One real difference worth knowing: our powders are the whole ingredient, milled; our capsules are extracts, standardized. If you want to verify an exact compound number on the COA, capsules are where standardization lives. If you want food you can see and taste, that's the powder.
